Support Services

At Adjuvant Informatics we understand that your system needs to be fully operational at all times. Our qualified support personnel are available to assist you with any questions or system issues that you may encounter. These personnel are fully trained customer service representatives whose sole responsibility is to ensure our CAIS™ product user satisfaction.

Technical Support Procedures

In order to receive the most effective service from Adjuvant Informatics Support, please ensure you meet the following criterion:

  • Have a running CAIS application available
  • Know your user name and password to your Windows operating system
  • Have a valid user name and password to sign into the CAIS application
  • Know how to send e-mail with attachments

Technical Support is billed on an hourly basis by minimum increments of 15 minutes and according to Adjuvant Informatics' current Services Price List. Support hours can be purchased in blocks of time that offer additional savings.
